حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، ح وحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: «نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْمُزَابَنَةِ، أَنْ يَبِيعَ ثَمَرَ حَائِطِهِ إِنْ كَانَتْ نَخْلًا بِتَمْرٍ كَيْلًا، وَإِنْ كَانَ كَرْمًا أَنْ يَبِيعَهُ بِزَبِيبٍ كَيْلًا، وَإِنْ كَانَ زَرْعًا أَنْ يَبِيعَهُ بِكَيْلِ طَعَامٍ، نَهَى عَنْ ذَلِكَ كُلِّهِ»، وَفِي رِوَايَةِ قُتَيْبَةَ: أَوْ كَانَ زَرْعًا،

Urdu Translation

  قتیبہ بن سعید اور محمد بن رُمح نے لیث سے حدیث بیان کی ، انہوں نے نافع سے ، انہوں نے حضرت عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی ، انہوں نے کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مزابنہ سے منع فرمایا ( مزابنہ یہ ہے ) کہ کوئی آدمی اپنے باغ کا پھل اگر کھجور ہو تو خشک کھجور کے مقررہ ماپ کے عوض فروخت کرے اور اگر انگور ہو تو منقیٰ کے مقررہ ماپ کے عوض فروخت کرے اور اگر کھیتی ہو تو غلے کے مقررہ ماپ کے عوض اسے فروخت کرے ۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان سب ( سودوں ) سے منع فرمایا ۔ قتیبہ کی روایت میں ( وان كان زرعا "" اور اگر کھیتی ہو "" کے بجائے ) "" یا کھیتی ہو "" کے الفاظ ہیں ۔

English Translation

Abdullah (b. Umar) (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) having forbidden Mazabana, and it implies that one should sell the fresh fruits of his orchard (for dry fruits) or, if it is fresh dates, for dry dates with a measure, or if it is grapes for raisins or if it is corn in the field for dry corn with a measure He (the Holy Prophet) in fact forbade all such transactions. Qutaiba has narrated it with a slight variation of words.
