Baab Emaan Ka Bayan

حَدَّثَنِي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ، مَوْلَى أَبِي قَتَادَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «كَيْفَ أَنْتُمْ إِذَا نَزَلَ ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ فِيكُمْ وَإِمَامُكُمْ مِنْكُمْ؟»

Urdu Translation

  یونس نے ابن شہاب سے روایت کی ، انہوں نے کہا : ابوقتادہ انصاری ‌رضی ‌اللہ ‌عنہ ‌ ‌ کے آزاد کردہ غلام نافع نےمجھے خبر دی کہ حضرت ابو ہریرہ ‌رضی ‌اللہ ‌عنہ ‌ ‌ نے کہا : رسو ل اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا : ’’اس وقت تم کیسے ( عمدہ حال میں ) ہو گےجب مریم کےبیٹے ( عیسیٰ ‌رضی ‌اللہ ‌عنہ ‌ ‌ ) تم میں اتریں گے اور تمہارا امام تم میں سے ہو گا؟ ‘ ‘ ( اترنے کےبعد پہلی نماز مقتدی کی حیثیت سے پڑھ کر امت محمدیہ میں شامل ہو جائیں گے ۔ )

English Translation

It is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) observed: What will be your state when the son of Mary descends amongst you and there will be an Imam amongst you?
