Baab Sairapi Ke Aewaz Paidawar Main Hissadari Aur Muzarat

وحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ رُمْحٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، «أَنَّهُ دَفَعَ إِلَى يَهُودِ خَيْبَرَ نَخْلَ خَيْبَرَ وَأَرْضَهَا، عَلَى أَنْ يَعْتَمِلُوهَا مِنْ أَمْوَالِهِمْ، وَلِرَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ شَطْرُ ثَمَرِهَا

Urdu Translation

  محمد بن عبدالرحمٰن نے نافع سے ، انہوں نے حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ سے اور انہوں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کی کہ آپ نے خیبر کے نخلستان اور زمینیں اس شرط پر خیبر کے یہودیوں کے سپرد کیں کہ وہ اپنے اموال لگا کر اس ( کی زمینوں اور باغوں کی دیکھ بھال اور کھیتی باڑی ) کا کام کاج کریں گے اور اس کی پیداوار کا آدھا حصہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا ہو گا

English Translation

Abdullah b. Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported that Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) returned to the Jews of Khaibar the date-palms of Khaibar and its land on the condition that they should work upon them with their own wealth (seeds, implements), and give half of the yield to Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ).
