Baab Sairapi Ke Aewaz Paidawar Main Hissadari Aur Muzarat

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ: قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا تَبِيعُوا الذَّهَبَ بِالذَّهَبِ، إِلَّا مِثْلًا بِمِثْلٍ، وَلَا تُشِفُّوا بَعْضَهَا عَلَى بَعْضٍ، وَلَا تَبِيعُوا الْوَرِقَ بِالْوَرِقِ، إِلَّا مِثْلًا بِمِثْلٍ، وَلَا تُشِفُّوا بَعْضَهَا عَلَى بَعْضٍ، وَلَا تَبِيعُوا مِنْهَا غَائِبًا بِنَاجِزٍ»

Urdu Translation

  امام مالک نے نافع سے اور انہوں نے حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " تم سونے کے عوض سونے کی بیع نہ کرو ، الا یہ کہ برابر برابر ہو اور اسے ایک دوسرے سے کم زیادہ نہ کرو اور نہ تم چاندی کی بیع چاندی کے عوض کرو ، الا یہ کہ مثل بمثل ( یکساں ) ہو اور اسے ایک دوسرے سے کم زیادہ نہ کرو اور اس میں سے جو غیر موجود ہو اس کی بیع موجود کے عوض نہ کرو ۔ "

English Translation

Abu Salid al-Khudri reported Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) as saying: Do not sell gold for gold, except like for like, and don't increase something of it upon something; and don't sell silver unless like for like, and don't increase some thing of it upon something, and do not sell for ready money something to be given later.
