حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ كَانَ لَهُ شَرِيكٌ فِي رَبْعَةٍ، أَوْ نَخْلٍ، فَلَيْسَ لَهُ أَنْ يَبِيعَ حَتَّى يُؤْذِنَ شَرِيكَهُ، فَإِنْ رَضِيَ أَخَذَ، وَإِنْ كَرِهَ تَرَكَ»

Urdu Translation

  ابوخثیمہ نے ہمیں ابوزبیر سے خبر دی ، اور انہوں نے حضرت جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی ، انہوں نے کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " جس شخص کا گھر میں یا باغ میں کوئی شریک ہو تو اسے حق نہیں کہ اسے بیچے ، یہاں تک کہ اپنے شریک کو بتائے ، پھر اگر وہ راضی ہو تو ( اسے ) لے لے اور اگر ناپسند کرے تو چھوڑ دے ۔ " ( اور وہ دوسرے کو بیچ دیا جائے ۔ )

English Translation

Jabir b. 'Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) as saying: He who has a partner in a dwelling or a garden, it is not lawful for him to sell that until he is permitted by his partner. If he (the partner) agrees, he should go in for that, and if he disapproves of that, he should abandon (the idea of selling it).
