Baab Qatal Ki Zimedari Ki Tayyun Ke Liye Ijtumayi Qasm O Namwar Loot Maar Karny Walon Ki Qasas Aur Dait Ke Masail

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، وَاللَّفْظُ لِابْنِ الْمُثَنَّى، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ يَهُودِيًّا قَتَلَ جَارِيَةً عَلَى أَوْضَاحٍ لَهَا، فَقَتَلَهَا بِحَجَرٍ، قَالَ: فَجِيءَ بِهَا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَبِهَا رَمَقٌ، فَقَالَ لَهَا: «أَقَتَلَكِ فُلَانٌ؟» فَأَشَارَتْ بِرَأْسِهَا أَنْ لَا، ثُمَّ قَالَ لَهَا الثَّانِيَةَ، فَأَشَارَتْ بِرَأْسِهَا أَنْ لَا، ثُمَّ سَأَلَهَا الثَّالِثَةَ، فَقَالَتْ: نَعَمْ، وَأَشَارَتْ بِرَأْسِهَا، «فَقَتَلَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَ حَجَرَيْنِ

Urdu Translation

  بن جعفر نے کہا : ہمیں شعبہ نے ہشام بن زید سے حدیث بیان کی ، انہوں نے حضرت انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ ایک یہودی نے ایک لڑکی کو اس کے زیورات ( حاصل کرنے ) کی خاطر مار ڈالا ، اس نے اسے پتھر سے قتل کیا ، کہا : وہ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس لائی گئی اور اس میں زندگی کی رمق موجود تھی تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ( ایک یہودی کا نام لیتے ہوئے ) اس سے پوچھا : " کیا تجھے فلاں نے مارا ہے؟ " اس نے اپنے سر سے نہیں کا اشارہ کیا ، پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس سے دوسری بار ( دوسرا نام لیتے ہوئے ) پوچھا : تو اس نے اپنے سر سے نہیں کا اشارہ کیا ، پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس سے ( تیسرا نام لیتے ہوئے ) تیسری بات پوچھا : تو اس نے کہا : ہاں ، اور اپنے سر سے اشارہ کیا ، اس پر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اسے ( ملوث یہودی کو اس کے قرار کے بعد ، حدیث : 4365 ) دو پتھروں کے درمیان قتل کروا دیا ۔

English Translation

Anas b. Malik reported that a Jew killed a girl with a stone for her silver ornaments. She was brought to Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) when there was yet some life in her. He (the Holy Prophet) said to her: Has so and so killed you? She indicated with the nod of her head: No. He said for the second time, and she again said: No with the nod of her head. He asked for the third time, and she said: Yes with the nod of her head and Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) commanded to crush his head between two stones.
