Baab Qatal Ki Zimedari Ki Tayyun Ke Liye Ijtumayi Qasm O Namwar Loot Maar Karny Walon Ki Qasas Aur Dait Ke Masail

وحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَابْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالُوا: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، بِإِسْنَادِهِمِ الْحَدِيثَ بِقِصَّتِهِ، غَيْرَ أَنَّ فِيهِ، فَأَسْقَطَتْ فَرُفِعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَضَى فِيهِ بِغُرَّةٍ، وَجَعَلَهُ عَلَى أَوْلِيَاءِ الْمَرْأَةِ، وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ فِي الْحَدِيثِ دِيَةَ الْمَرْأَةِ

Urdu Translation

  شعبہ نے منصور سے انہی کی ( سابقہ ) سندوں کے ساتھ مکمل قصے سمیت حدیث روایت کی ، البتہ اس میں ہے : اس عورت کا حمل ساقط ہو گیا ، یہ مقدمہ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے سامنے پیش کیا گیا تو آپ نے اس میں ( پیٹ کے بچے کے بدلے ) ایک غلام یا لونڈی دینے کا فیصلہ فرمایا اور یہ دیت ان لوگوں پر ڈالی جو عورت کے ولی تھے ۔ انہوں نے حدیث میں عورت کی دیت کا ذکر نہیں کیا
