Baab Mashroobat Ka Bayan

و حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى وَيَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ وَابْنُ حُجْرٍ قَالَ يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى أَخْبَرَنَا و قَالَ الْآخَرَانِ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ شَرِيكٍ وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي نَمِرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي عَتِيقٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ فِي عَجْوَةِ الْعَالِيَةِ شِفَاءً أَوْ إِنَّهَا تِرْيَاقٌ أَوَّلَ الْبُكْرَةِ

Urdu Translation

  عبد اللہ بن ابی عتیق نے حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے روایت کی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرما یا : " ( مدینہ کے ) بالائی حصے کی عجوہ کھجوروں میں شفاہے یا ( فرما یا : ) صبح کے اول وقت میں ان کا استعمال تریا ق ہے ۔ "

English Translation

A'isha reported Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) as saying: The 'ajwa' dates of 'Aliya' contain heating effects and these are antidote in the early morning.
