وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابُِ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ الْخَوْلَانِيِّ، وَأَبِي عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «مَنْ تَوَضَّأَ فَقَالَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ»

Urdu Translation

  زید بن حباب نے معاویہ بن صالح سے باقی ماندہ سابقہ سند کے ساتھ حضرت عقبہ بن عامر جہنی ‌رضی ‌اللہ ‌عنہ ‌ ‌ سے روایت کی کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا : اس کے بعد پچھلی ورایت کے الفاظ ہیں ، البتہ انہوں نے ( اس طرح ) کہا : ’’ جس نےوضو کیا اور کہا : میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں ، وہ اکیلا ہے ، اس کا کوئی شریک نہیں اور میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ محمدﷺ اس کے بندے اور اس کے رسول ہیں ۔ ‘ ‘

English Translation

Uqba b. 'Amir al-Juhani reported: Verily the Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) said and then narrated (the hadith) like one (mentioned above) except (this) that he said: He who performed ablution and said: I testify that there is no god but Allah, the One, there is no associate with Him and I testify that Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger.
