Baab Anbia Karaam Ke Fazail

وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَعْمَرِ بْنِ رِبْعِيٍّ الْقَيْسِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، أَخْبَرَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ، يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَجُلٌ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَنْ أَبِي؟ قَالَ: «أَبُوكَ فُلَانٌ» وَنَزَلَتْ: {يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَسْأَلُوا عَنْ أَشْيَاءَ إِنْ تُبْدَ لَكُمْ تَسُؤْكُمْ} [المائدة: 101] تَمَامَ الْآيَةِ

Urdu Translation

  روح بن عباد ہ نے ہمیں حدیث سنائی ، کہا ہمیں شعبہ نے حدیث بیان کی کہا : مجھے مو سیٰ بن انس نے خبر دی کہا : میں نے حضرت انس بن مالک رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے سنا ، وہ کہہ رہے تھے ۔ ایک شخص نے پو چھا : اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ! میرا باپ کون ہے ؟آپ نے فر ما یا : " تیرا باپ فلا ں ہے " پھر یہ آیت نازل ہو ئی : " اے ایمان لا نے والو! ان چیزوں کے بارے میں سوال نہ کرو جو اگر تمھارے سامنے ظاہر کر دی جا ئیں تو تمھیں دکھ پہنچائیں ۔ " مکمل آیت پڑھی ۔

English Translation

Anas b. Malik reported that a person said: Allah's Messenger, who is my father? And he said: Your father is so and so, and there was revealed this verse: Do not ask about matters which, if they were to be made manifest to you, might cause you harm (v. 101).
