حَدَّثَنَا مَنْصُورُ بْنُ أَبِي مُزَاحِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، ح وحَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، - وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ - حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ عُرْوَةَ بْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ، حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ حَدَّثَتْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ «دَعَا فَاطِمَةَ ابْنَتَهُ فَسَارَّهَا فَبَكَتْ، ثُمَّ سَارَّهَا فَضَحِكَتْ» فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ: فَقُلْتُ لِفَاطِمَةَ: مَا هَذَا الَّذِي سَارَّكِ بِهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَبَكَيْتِ، ثُمَّ سَارَّكِ فَضَحِكْتِ؟ قَالَتْ: «سَارَّنِي فَأَخْبَرَنِي بِمَوْتِهِ، فَبَكَيْتُ، ثُمَّ سَارَّنِي، فَأَخْبَرَنِي أَنِّي أَوَّلُ مَنْ يَتْبَعُهُ مِنْ أَهْلِهِ فَضَحِكْتُ»

Urdu Translation

  عروہ بن زبیر نے کہا : حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا نے انھیں حدیث بیان کی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنی صاحبزادی حضرت فاطمہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا کو بلا یا اور ان کو راز داری سے ( سر گوشی کرتے ہو ئے ) کو ئی بات کہی تو حضرت فاطمہ روپڑیں ۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے پھر ان کو رازداری سے کو ئی بات کہی تو وہ ہنسنے لگیں ۔ حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا نے کہا : میں نے حضرت فاطمہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے کہا : یہ کیا بات تھی جو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے آپ کو راز داری سے کہی اور آپ روپڑیں ، پھر دوبارہ رازداری سے بات کی تو ہنس دیں ۔ حضرت فاطمہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا نے کہا : آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے میرے کا ن میں بات کی اور اپنی موت کی خبر دی تو میں روپڑی ، پھر دوسری بار میرے کان میں بات کی اور مجھے بتا یا کہ ان کے گھر والوں میں سے پہلی میں ہو ں گی جو ان سے جا ملوں گی تو میں ہنس دی ۔

English Translation

A'isha reported that Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) called his daughter Fatima (during his last illness). He said. to her something secretly and she wept. He again said to her something secretly and she laughed. 'A'isha further reported that she said to Fatima: What is that which Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) said to you secretly and you wept and then said to you something secretly and you laughed? Thereupon she said: He informed me secretly of his death and so I wept. He then again informed me secretly that I would be the first amongst the members of his family to follow him and so I laughed.
