حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى التَّمِيمِيُّ وَأَبُو الرَّبِيعِ وَأَبُو كَامِلٍ فُضَيْلُ بْنُ حُسَيْنٍ وَاللَّفْظُ لِيَحْيَى قَالَ يَحْيَى أَخْبَرَنَا و قَالَ الْآخَرَانِ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عِمْرَانَ الْجَوْنِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ قَالَ قِيلَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَرَأَيْتَ الرَّجُلَ يَعْمَلُ الْعَمَلَ مِنْ الْخَيْرِ وَيَحْمَدُهُ النَّاسُ عَلَيْهِ قَالَ تِلْكَ عَاجِلُ بُشْرَى الْمُؤْمِنِ

Urdu Translation

  حماد بن زید نے ابوعمران جونی سے ، انہوں نے عبداللہ بن صامت سے ، انہوں نے حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی ، کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے عرض کی گئی : آپ کا کیا خیال ہے کہ ایک شخص اچھے کام کرتا ہے اور لوگ اس کی تعریف کرتے ہیں؟ آپ نے فرمایا : " یہ مومن کے لیے فوری بشارت ہے ۔ "

English Translation

Abu Dharr reported: It was said to Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ): What is your opinion about the person who has done good deeds and the people praise him? He said: It is glad tidings for a believer (which he has received in this mortal world).
