حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَأَبُو كُرَيْبٍ وَإِسْحَقُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بِشْرٍ عَنْ مِسْعَرٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي رِشْدِينَ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ جُوَيْرِيَةَ قَالَتْ مَرَّ بِهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِينَ صَلَّى صَلَاةَ الْغَدَاةِ أَوْ بَعْدَ مَا صَلَّى الْغَدَاةَ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ عَدَدَ خَلْقِهِ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ رِضَا نَفْسِهِ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ زِنَةَ عَرْشِهِ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ مِدَادَ كَلِمَاتِهِ

Urdu Translation

  ابورشدین نے حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہ سے اور انہوں نے حضرت جویریہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت کی ، انہوں نے کہا : صبح کی نماز کے وقت یا صبح کی نماز کے بعد رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم گزرتے ہوئے ان کے ہاں تشریف لائے ۔ ۔ پھر اس ( پچھلی حدیث ) کے مطابق بیان کیا ۔ ۔ مگر انہوں نے ( اپنے کلموں کو اس طرح ) بیان کیا : " میں اللہ کی تسبیح بیان کرتا ہوں جتنی اس کی مخلوقات کی گنتی ہے ، میں اللہ کی تسبیح بیان کرتا ہوں جتنی اس کی رضا ہے ، میں اللہ کی تسبیح بیان کرتا ہوں جتنا اس کے عرش کا وزن ہے ، میں اللہ کی تسبیح کرتا ہوں جتنی اس کے کلمات کی سیاہی ہے ۔ "

English Translation

Juwairiya reported that Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) happened to pass by her as she was observing her dawn prayer; or after she had observed her dawn prayer. The rest of the hadith is the same but with this variation that he said: Hallowed be Allah according to the number of His creation, hallowed be Allah according to the pleasure of His Self, hallowed be Allah according to the weight of His Throne, hallowed be Allah according to the ink used in recording His words.
