Baab Tauba Ka Bayan

حَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دُكَيْنٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيِّ عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ التَّمِيمِيِّ الْأُسَيِّدِيِّ الْكَاتِبِ قَالَ كُنَّا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَّرَنَا الْجَنَّةَ وَالنَّارَ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِهِمَا

Urdu Translation

  سفیان نے سعید جریری سے ، انہوں نے ابوعثمان نہدی سے اور انہوں نے حضرت حنظلہ تمیمی اُسیدی کاتب ( رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) سے روایت کی ، کہا : ہم رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوتے تھے اور آپ ہمیں جنت اور دوزخ کی یاد دلاتے ۔ ۔ ۔ پھر ان دونوں ( جعفر بن سلیمان اور عبدالوارث بن سعید ) کی حدیث کی طرح بیان کیا ۔

English Translation

Hanzala Taimi Ufayyidi, the scribe of Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ), reported: We were in the presence of Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) and he brought to our minds the problems pertaining to Paradise and Hell-Fire. The rest of the hadith is the same.
