Baab Munafqeen Ki Sifaat Aur Un Ke Baare Main Ehkaam

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الْأَشَجُّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ إِدْرِيسَ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ الْأَعْمَشَ يَرْوِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي نَخْلٍ يَتَوَكَّأُ عَلَى عَسِيبٍ ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِهِمْ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ وَقَالَ فِي رِوَايَتِهِ وَمَا أُوتِيتُمْ مِنْ الْعِلْمِ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا

Urdu Translation

ابو سعید اشج نے ہمیں حدیث بیان کی ، کہا : میں نے عبد اللہ بن ادریس سے سنا وہ کہہ رہے تھے ، میں نے اعمش سے سنا وہ اس روایت کو عبداللہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ بن مرہ سے اور وہ مسروق سے اور وہ حضرت عبد اللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کر رہے تھے ، انھوں نے کہا : نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کھجور کے درختوں میں ( کھجور کی ) ایک شاخ کا سہارا لیے ہوئے ( چلے جارہے ) تھے پھر اعمش سے ان سب کی حدیث کے مطابق بیان کیا اور انھوں نے ( بھی ) اپنی روایت میں مشہور اور متواتر قرآءت کے مطابق "" وَمَا أُوتِيتُم مِّنَ الْعِلْمِ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا "" بیان کیا ۔ ان روایات میں ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم حرث ( کھیت ) اور نخل ( کھجورکے درختوں ) کے درمیان جارہے تھے ۔ صحیح بخاری کی ایک روایت میں حرث ہے ۔ ( حدیث 4721 ۔ ) جبکہ دوسری روایت میں "" خرب "" ( اجازجگہ ) ہے ۔ ( حدیث : 125 ) اس سے معلوم ہوتا ہے کہ وہ کھیت جس میں آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم چلے جارہے تھے ۔ مدینہ کے عام کھیتوں کی طرح کھجور کے باغ میں تھا اور اب اس میں کچھ کاشت نہیں ہو رہاتھا اجڑاہوا اور ناہموار ہونے کی وجہ سے آپ اس کے اندرکھجور کی شاخ کا سہارا لے کر چل رہے تھے ۔ جامع ترمذی میں حضرت عبد اللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ روح کے متعلق یہودیوں سے پوچھ کر قریش مکہ نے بھی سوال کیا تھا آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان کو بھی یہی جواب دیا تھا ( جمع المومنین حدیث 3140 ) مدینہ میں جب یہود نے خود سوال کیا تو چونکہ وہ اہل کتاب تھے اس لیے یہ امکان تھا کہ ان کی کتاب میں یہی بات کسی اور رنگ میں کہی گئی ہو اور وہ انداز کے اس اختلاف کو اپنے لیےدلیل بنانے کی کو شش کریں اس لیے جواب دینے سے پہلے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے توقف کیا اور اللہ تعالیٰ نے دوبارہ وہی جواب وحی فرمادیا جو تورات کےعین مطابق تھا اور یہود کو اپنے لیے آپ کی رسالت سے انکار کا کو ئی عذر نہ مل سکا ۔

English Translation

Abdullah reported that Allah's Apostle ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) was reclining against a tree in the garden. The rest of the hadith is the same with a slight variation of wording.
