حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى يَكْثُرَ الْهَرْجُ قَالُوا وَمَا الْهَرْجُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ الْقَتْلُ الْقَتْلُ

Urdu Translation

  حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " قیامت قائم نہیں ہو گی یہاں تک کہ بہت زیادہ ہرج ( جانوں کی تباہی ) ہوجائے گی؟انھوں ( صحابہ کرام رضوان اللہ عنھم اجمعین ) نے پوچھا : اللہ کے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ! ہرج ( تباہی ) کیا ہو گی؟فرمایا : " قتل ، قتل ۔ "

English Translation

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) as saying: The last Hour will not come unless there is much bloodshed. They said: What is harj? Thereupon he said: Bloodshed. bloodshed.
