Jabir b. Samura reported: I heard Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) a hadith like this.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى وَابْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمَعْنَى حَدِيثِ أَبِي عَوَانَةَ

شعبہ نے سماک بن حرب سے روایت کی ، انھوں نے کہا : میں نے حضرت جابر بن سمرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے سنا ، کہا : میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنا ، ( آگے ) ابو عوانہ کی حدیث کے ہم معنی حدیث بیان کی ۔
