حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ عَنْ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ح و حَدَّثَنَاه قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ الْمُعَلَّى بْنِ زِيَادٍ رَدَّهُ إِلَى مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ رَدَّهُ إِلَى مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ رَدَّهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْعِبَادَةُ فِي الْهَرْجِ كَهِجْرَةٍ إِلَيَّ

Urdu Translation

  یحییٰ بن یحییٰ نے ہمیں حدیث بیان کی ، کہا : ہمیں حماد بن زید نے خبردی ، انھوں نے معلی بن زیاد سے ، انھوں نے معاویہ بن قرہ سے ، انھوں نے معقل بن یسار رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ۔ اسی طرح ہمیں قتیبہ بن سعید نے یہی حدیث بیان کی ، انھوں نے کہا ۔ ہمیں حماد نے معلیٰ بن زیاد سے حدیث بیان کی ، انھوں نے اس روایت کو معاویہ بن قرہ کی طرف لوٹایا ، انھوں نے حضرت معقل بن یسار رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کی طرف اور انھوں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی طرف منسوب کرتے ہوئے بیان کیا کہ آ پ نے فرمایا : " کو طرف پھیلی ہوئی قتل وغارت گری کے دوران میں عبادت ( پر توجہ مرکوز ) کرنا ، میری طرف ہجرت کرنے کی طرح ہے ۔ "

English Translation

Ma'qil b. Yasar reported Allah's Apostle ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) as saying: Worshiping during the period of widespread turmoil is like emigration towards me.
