حَدَّثَنِي أَحْمدُ بْنُ جَعْفرٍ الْمَعْقِرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا النَّضْرُ بْنُ مُحمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُوَيْسٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي الْعَلَاءُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ مِنْ أَبِي، وَمِنْ أَبِي السَّائِبِ، - وَكَانَا جَلِيسَيْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ -، قَالَا: قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ صَلَّى صَلَاةً لَمْ يَقْرأْ فِيهَا بِفَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَابِ، فَهِيَ خِدَاجٌ» يَقُولُهَا ثَلَاثًا بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِهِمْ

Urdu Translation

  و اویس نے کہا : مجھے علاء نے خبر دی ، کہا : میں نے اپنے والد سے اور ابو سائب سے سنا ، وہ دونوں حضرت ابو ہریرہ ‌رضی ‌اللہ ‌عنہ ‌ ‌ کے ہم نشیں تھے ، ان دونوں نے کہا کہ ابو ہریرہ ‌رضی ‌اللہ ‌عنہ ‌ ‌ نے کہا : رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا : جس نے کوئی نماز ادا کی اور اس میں فاتحہ الکتاب نہ پڑھی تو وہ ( نماز ) ادھوری ہے ۔ ‘ ‘ آپ نے تین دفعہ یہ جملہ فرمایا .... آگے مذکورہ بالا اساتذہ ( مالک ، سفیان ، ابن جریج ) کی حدیث کی طرح ہے

English Translation

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) said: He who said his prayer, but did not recite the opening chapter of al-Kitab, his prayer is incomplete. He repeated it thrice.
