Baab Namaz Ke Ahkam O Masail

حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْمُقْرِئُ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ، حَدَّثَنَا كَعْبُ بْنُ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ بِلَالِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا تَمْنَعُوا النِّسَاءَ حُظُوظَهُنَّ مِنَ الْمَسَاجِدِ، إِذَا اسْتَأْذَنُوكُمْ» فَقَالَ بِلَالٌ: وَاللهِ، لَنَمْنَعُهُنَّ. فَقَالَ لَهُ عَبْدُ اللهِ: أَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَتَقُولُ أَنْتَ: لَنَمْنَعُهُنَّ

Urdu Translation

  ( خود ) بلال بن عبد اللہ بن عمر نے اپنے والد حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت کی ، انہوں نے کہا کہ رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا : ’’ عورتوں کو ، جب وہ تم سے اجازت طلب کریں تو مسجدوں میں جو ان کے حصے ہیں ان ( کے حصول ) سے ( انہیں ) نہ روکو ۔ ‘ ‘ بلال نے کہا : اللہ کی قسم! ہم ان کو ضرور روکیں گے ۔ عبد اللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے فرمایا اور تو کہتا ہے : ہم انہیں ضرور روکیں گے!

English Translation

Ibn Umar reported: The Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) said: Do not deprive women of their share of the mosques, when they seek permission from you. Bilal said: By Allah, we would certainly prevent them. 'Abdullah said: I say that the Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) said it and you say: We would certainly prevent them!
