Sunan Abu Dawood Hadith No. 1215

Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah: When the sun set at Makkah, the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم combined the two prayers at Sarif.

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجَارِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مَالِكٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جَابِرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ غَابَتْ لَهُ الشَّمْسُ بِمَكَّةَ فَجَمَعَ بَيْنَهُمَا بِسَرِفٍ .

جابر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم مکہ میں تھے کہ سورج ڈوب گیا تو آپ نے مقام سرف میں دونوں ( مغرب اور عشاء ) ایک ساتھ ادا کی۔
