حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَوْفٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا الْمُقْرِئُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا حَيْوَةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي صَخْرٍ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ قُسَيْطٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ مَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ يُسَلِّمُ عَلَيَّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏إِلَّا رَدَّ اللَّهُ عَلَيَّ رُوحِي حَتَّى أَرُدَّ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامَ .

Urdu Translation

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: مجھ پر جب بھی کوئی سلام بھیجتا ہے تو اللہ تعالیٰ میری روح مجھے لوٹا دیتا ہے یہاں تک کہ میں اس کے سلام کا جواب دیتا ہوں ۔

English Translation

Narrated Abu Hurairah: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: If any one of you greets me, Allah returns my soul to me and I respond to the greeting.
