Sunan Abu Dawood 2049 - Marriage (Kitab Al-Nikah)

قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد:‏‏‏‏ كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ حُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ وَاقِدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ أَبِي حَفْصَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ إِنَّ امْرَأَتِي لَا تَمْنَعُ يَدَ لَامِسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ غَرِّبْهَا ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَخَافُ أَنْ تَتْبَعَهَا نَفْسِي، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ فَاسْتَمْتِعْ بِهَا .

Urdu Translation

عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ   ایک شخص نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آ کر کہنے لگا کہ میری عورت کسی ہاتھ لگانے والے کو نہیں روکتی آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اسے اپنے سے جدا کر دو ، اس شخص نے کہا: مجھے ڈر ہے میرا دل اس میں لگا رہے گا، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: تو تم اس سے فائدہ اٹھاؤ ۔

English Translation

Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas: A man came to the Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم, and said: My wife does not prevent the hand of a man who touches her. He said: Divorce her. He then said: I am afraid my inner self may covet her. He said: Then enjoy her.
