حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الطَّالَقَانِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ قَزَعَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ذُكِرَ ذَلِكَ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏يَعْنِي الْعَزْلَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ فَلِمَ يَفْعَلُ أَحَدُكُمْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَمْ يَقُلْ:‏‏‏‏ فَلَا يَفْعَلْ أَحَدُكُمْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَإِنَّهُ لَيْسَتْ مِنْ نَفْسٍ مَخْلُوقَةٍ إِلَّا اللَّهُ خَالِقُهَا . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد:‏‏‏‏ قَزَعَةُ مَوْلَى زِيَادٍ.

Urdu Translation

ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے سامنے عزل ۱؎ کا ذکر کیا گیا تو آپ نے فرمایا: تم میں سے کوئی ایسا کیوں کرتا ہے؟ ( یہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے نہیں فرمایا کہ وہ ایسا نہ کرے ) ، کیونکہ اللہ تعالیٰ جس نفس کو پیدا کرنا چاہتا ہے تو وہ اسے پیدا کر کے ہی رہے گا ۲؎ ۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: قزعہ، زیاد کے غلام ہیں۔

English Translation

Abu Saeed reported “The people mentioned about withdrawing the penis before the Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم. He said “Why one of you does so? He did not say “One of you should not do so”. Every soul that is to be born, Allaah will create it. Abu Dawud said “Qaza’ah is a client of Ziyad”
