حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُوسَى الرَّازِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنِي عُمَرُ بْنُ رُؤْبَةَ التَّغْلِبِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ النَّصْرِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ الْمَرْأَةُ تُحْرِزُ ثَلَاثَةَ مَوَارِيثَ عَتِيقَهَا وَلَقِيطَهَا وَوَلَدَهَا الَّذِي لَاعَنَتْ عَنْهُ .

Urdu Translation

واثلہ بن اسقع رضی اللہ عنہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کرتے ہیں   آپ نے فرمایا: عورت تین شخص کی میراث سمیٹ لیتی ہے: اپنے آزاد کئے ہوئے غلام کی، راہ میں پائے ہوئے بچے کی، اور اپنے اس بچے کی جس کے سلسلہ میں لعان ہوا ہو ( یعنی جس کے نسب سے شوہر منکر ہو گیا ہو ) تو عورت اس کی وارث ہو گی ۔

English Translation

Narrated Wathilah ibn al-Asqa: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: A woman gets inheritance from the three following: one she has set free, a foundling, and her child about whom she has invoked a curse on herself if she was untrue in declaring he was not born out of wedlock.
