حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا مَا حَدَّثَنَا بِهِ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ أَيُّمَا قَرْيَةٍ أَتَيْتُمُوهَا وَأَقَمْتُمْ فِيهَا فَسَهْمُكُمْ فِيهَا وَأَيُّمَا قَرْيَةٍ عَصَتِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَإِنَّ خُمُسَهَا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ثُمَّ هِيَ لَكُمْ .

Urdu Translation

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جس بستی میں تم آؤ اور وہاں رہو تو جو تمہارا حصہ ہے وہی تم کو ملے گا ۱؎ اور جس بستی کے لوگوں نے اللہ و رسول کی نافرمانی کی ( اور اسے تم نے زور و طاقت سے زیر کیا ) تو اس میں سے پانچواں حصہ اللہ و رسول کا نکال کر باقی تمہیں مل جائے گا ( یعنی بطور غنیمت مجاہدین میں تقسیم ہو جائے گا ) ۔

English Translation

Abu Hurairah reported the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم as saying “Whatever town you come to and stay in, your portion is in it, but whatever town disobeys Allaah and His Messenger a fifth of it goes to Allaah and His Messenger and what remains is yours. ”
