The tradition mentioned above has also been narrated by Jafar bin Burqan through his chain and to the same effect. This version has: He said: He assessed, and after the words of kull saFara wa baida', he said: that is, gold and silver will belong to him.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ الرَّمْلِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَبِي الزَّرْقَاءِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بُرْقَانَ بِإِسْنَادِهِ وَمَعْنَاهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ فَحَزَرَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَالَ عِنْدَ قَوْلِهِ وَكُلَّ صَفْرَاءَ وَالْفِضَّةَ لَهُ.

جعفر بن برقان سے اسی مفہوم کی حدیث اسی طریق سے مروی ہے   اس میں لفظ «فحزر» ہے اور «وكل صفراء وبيضاء» کی تفسیر سونے چاندی سے کی ہے۔
