حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَلَفِ بْنِ طَارِقٍ الرَّازِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ الْخُزَاعِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏بِإِسْنَادِهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ خَائِنٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَا خَائِنَةٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَا زَانٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَا زَانِيَةٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَا ذِي غِمْرٍ عَلَى أَخِيهِ .

Urdu Translation

اس سند سے بھی عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: خیانت کرنے والے مرد اور خیانت کرنے والی عورت کی، زانی مرد اور زانیہ عورت کی اور اپنے بھائی سے کینہ رکھنے والے شخص کی گواہی جائز نہیں ۔

English Translation

The tradition mentioned above (No. 3593) has also been transmitted by Sulayman ibn Musa through a different chain of narrators. This version has: The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: The testimony of a deceitful man or woman, of an adulterer and adulteress, and of one who harbours rancour against his brother is not allowable.
