Baab Zehed O Wara Aur Taqwa Ke Fazail O Masail

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو شِهَابٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ابْنِ زِيَادٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ شَهِدَهَا فَكَرِهَهَا كَانَ كَمَنْ غَابَ عَنْهَا.

Urdu Translation

عدی بن عدی رضی اللہ عنہ نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اسی طرح کی حدیث روایت کی ہے اس میں ہے کہ   آپ نے فرمایا: جس نے اس کو دیکھا اور ناپسند کیا وہ اس شخص کی طرح ہے جس نے اسے دیکھا ہی نہیں ۔

English Translation

A similar tradition has also been transmitted by ‘Adl from the prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم though a different chain of narrators. This version has: He who sees it and disapproves of it will be like him who was not present.
