Sunan Abu Dawood 4475 - Prescribed Punishments (Kitab Al-Hudud)

The tradition mentioned above (No. 4459) has also been transmitted by Muhammad ibn Ishaq through a different chain of narrators. But he did not mention Aishah. This version has: He (the Prophet) commanded regarding the two men and the woman who spoke obscenity were Hassan ibn Thabit and Mistah ibn Uthathah. An-Nufayl said: It is said that the woman was Hammah daughter of Jahsh.

حَدَّثَنَا النُّفَيْلِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاق بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏لَمْ يَذْكُرْ عَائِشَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ فَأَمَرَ بِرَجُلَيْنِ وَامْرَأَةٍ مِمَّنْ تَكَلَّمَ بِالْفَاحِشَةِ:‏‏‏‏ حَسَّانَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَمِسْطَحِ بْنِ أُثَاثَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ النُّفَيْلِيُّ:‏‏‏‏ وَيَقُولُونَ:‏‏‏‏ الْمَرْأَةُ حَمْنَةُ بِنْتُ جَحْشٍ.

اس سند سے بھی محمد بن اسحاق سے یہی حدیث مروی ہے   اس میں انہوں نے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کا ذکر نہیں کیا ہے اس میں ہے: آپ نے دو مردوں اور ایک عورت کو جنہوں نے بری بات منہ سے نکالی تھی ( کوڑے لگانے کا ) حکم دیا، وہ حسان بن ثابت رضی اللہ عنہ اور مسطح بن اثاثہ رضی اللہ عنہ تھے نفیل کہتے ہیں: اور لوگ کہتے ہیں کہ عورت حمنہ بنت جحش رضی اللہ عنہا تھیں۔
