Sunan Abu Dawood 5005 - General Behavior (Kitab Al-Adab)

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ الْبَاهِلِيُّ،‏‏‏‏ وَكَانَ يَنْزِلُ الْعَوَقَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا نَافِعُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ بِشْرِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قال أبو داود:‏‏‏‏ هُوَ ابْنُ عَمْرٍو، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يُبْغِضُ الْبَلِيغَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ الَّذِي يَتَخَلَّلُ بِلِسَانِهِ تَخَلُّلَ الْبَاقِرَةِ بِلِسَانِهَا .

Urdu Translation

عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اللہ تعالیٰ دشمنی رکھتا ہے تڑتڑ بولنے والے ایسے لوگوں سے جو اپنی زبان کو ایسے پھراتے ہیں جیسے گائے ( گھاس کھانے میں ) چپڑ چپڑ کرتی ہے، یعنی بے سوچے سمجھے جو جی میں آتا ہے بکے جاتا ہے ۔

English Translation

Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-As: The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: Allah, the Exalted, hates the eloquent one among men who moves his tongue round (among his teeth), as cattle do.
