حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنِي عَيَّاشُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ حَسَنٍ الضَّمْرِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ ابْنَ أُمِّ الْحَكَمِ أَوْ ضُبَاعَةَ ابْنَتَيِ الزُّبَيْرِ حَدَّثَهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ إِحْدَاهُمَا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ أَصَابَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ سَبْيًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَذَهَبْتُ أَنَا وَأُخْتِي فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَشَكَوْنَا إِلَيْهِ مَا نَحْنُ فِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَسَأَلْنَاهُ أَنْ يَأْمُرَ لَنَا بِشَيْءٍ مِنَ السَّبْيِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ سَبَقَكُنَّ يَتَامَى بَدْرٍ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ قِصَّةَ التَّسْبِيحِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ عَلَى أَثَرِ كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ لَمْ يَذْكُرِ النَّوْمَ.

Urdu Translation

زبیر کی بیٹیوں ام الحکم یا ضباعہ میں سے کسی ایک سے روایت ہے کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس کچھ قیدی آئے تو میں، میری بہن اور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی صاحبزادی فاطمہ تینوں آپ کے پاس گئیں، اور ہم جس محنت و مشقت سے دو چار تھے اسے ہم نے بطور شکایت آپ کے سامنے پیش کیا، ہم نے آپ سے درخواست کی کہ ہمیں قیدی دیئے جانے کا آپ حکم فرمائیں، تو آپ نے فرمایا: بدر کی یتیم لڑکیاں تم سے سبقت لے گئیں، ( وہ پہلے آئیں اور پا گئیں اب قیدی نہیں بچے ) پھر آپ نے تسبیح کے واقعہ کا ذکر کیا اس میں «في كل دبر صلاة» کے بجائے «على أثر كل صلاة» کہا اور سونے کا ذکر نہیں کیا۔

English Translation

Umm al-Hakam or Dubaah, daughter of al-Zubair, said: The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم got some prisoners of war (slaves). I my sister and Fatimah, daughter of the prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم, went to the prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم. We complained to him about our condition, and asked him to command for giving us some prisoners (slaves). The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said; The orphans of Badr came before you (and took the slaves). The transmitter then mentioned the story of glorifying Allah after every prayer. He did not mention sleeping.
