حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ،‏‏‏‏ أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدٌ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ أُسَيْدِ بْنِ حُضَيْرٍ رَجُلٍ مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ،‏‏‏‏ قال:‏‏‏‏ يُحَدِّثُ الْقَوْمَ وَكَانَ فِيهِ مِزَاحٌ بَيْنَا يُضْحِكُهُمْ،‏‏‏‏ فَطَعَنَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي خَاصِرَتِهِ بِعُودٍ،‏‏‏‏ فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَصْبِرْنِي،‏‏‏‏ فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ اصْطَبِرْ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ إِنَّ عَلَيْكَ قَمِيصًا وَلَيْسَ عَلَيَّ قَمِيصٌ،‏‏‏‏ فَرَفَعَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ قَمِيصِهِ،‏‏‏‏ فَاحْتَضَنَهُ وَجَعَلَ يُقَبِّلُ كَشْحَهُ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ إِنَّمَا أَرَدْتُ هَذَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ .

Urdu Translation

اسید بن حضیرانصاری رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   وہ کچھ لوگوں سے باتیں کر رہے تھے اور وہ مسخرے والے آدمی تھے لوگوں کو ہنسا رہے تھے کہ اسی دوران نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان کی کوکھ میں لکڑی سے ایک کونچہ دیا، تو وہ بولے: اللہ کے رسول! مجھے اس کا بدلہ دیجئیے، آپ نے فرمایا: بدلہ لے لو تو انہوں نے کہا: آپ تو قمیص پہنے ہوئے ہیں میں تو ننگا تھا، اس پر نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنی قمیص اٹھا دی، تو وہ آپ سے چمٹ گئے، اور آپ کے پہلو کے بوسے لینے لگے، اور کہنے لگے: اللہ کے رسول! میرا منشأ یہی تھا۔

English Translation

Narrated Usayd ibn Hudayr,: Abdur Rahman ibn Abu Layla, quoting Usayd ibn Hudayr, a man of the Ansar, said that while he was given to jesting and was talking to the people and making them laugh, the Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم poked him under the ribs with a stick. He said: Let me take retaliation. He said: Take retaliation. He said: You are wearing a shirt but I am not. The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم then raised his shirt and the man embraced him and began to kiss his side. Then he said: This is what I wanted, Messenger of Allah!
