حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو تَوْبَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا الْهَيْثَمُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ حُمَيْدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ثَوْرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَضَعُ يَدَهُ الْيُمْنَى عَلَى يَدِهِ الْيُسْرَى ثُمَّ يَشُدُّ بَيْنَهُمَا عَلَى صَدْرِهِ وَهُوَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ .

Urdu Translation

طاؤس کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اپنا دائیاں ہاتھ اپنے بائیں ہاتھ پر رکھتے، پھر ان کو اپنے سینے پر باندھ لیتے، اور آپ نماز میں ہوتے۔

English Translation

Narrated Tawus: The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم used to place his right hand on his left hand, then he folded them strictly on his chest in prayer.
