حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا كَامِلٌ أَبُو الْعَلَاءِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنِي حَبِيبُ بْنُ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ بَيْنَ السَّجْدَتَيْنِ:‏‏‏‏ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَارْحَمْنِي وَعَافِنِي وَاهْدِنِي وَارْزُقْنِي .

Urdu Translation

عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم دونوں سجدوں کے درمیان «اللهم اغفر لي وارحمني وعافني واهدني وارزقني» یعنی اے اللہ! مجھے بخش دے، مجھ پر رحم فرما، مجھے عافیت دے، مجھے ہدایت دے اور مجھے رزق دے کہتے تھے۔

English Translation

Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم used to say between the two prostrations: O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, guide me, heal me, and provide for me.
