أَخْبَرَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ الْبَصْرِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ يَزِيدَ وَهُوَ ابْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قال:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَرَوْحٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْقَاسِمِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْعَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَسْجُدَ عَلَى سَبْعَةٍ وَلَا أَكُفَّ شَعْرًا وَلَا ثَوْبًا .

Urdu Translation

عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہم سے روایت ہے کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا:  مجھے حکم دیا گیا ہے کہ میں سات اعضاء پر سجدہ کروں، اور بال اور کپڑے نہ سمیٹوں ۔

English Translation

It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that : The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: I have been commanded to prostrate on seven and not to tuck up my hair or garment.
