أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ يَزِيدَ وَهُوَ ابْنُ هَارُونَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قال:‏‏‏‏ أَنْبَأَنَا شُعْبَةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ نَافِعٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُصَلِّي بَعْدَ الْجُمُعَةِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ يُطِيلُ فِيهِمَا،‏‏‏‏ وَيَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَفْعَلُهُ .

Urdu Translation

عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہم سے روایت ہے کہ   وہ جمعہ کے بعد دو رکعتیں پڑھتے تھے، اور ان کو لمبی کرتے تھے اور کہتے: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ایسا ہی کرتے تھے۔

English Translation

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that: He used to pray two rak'ahs after jumu'ah, making them lengthy, and he said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to do this.
