أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ حُبَابٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الطَّائِفِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا عَطَاءُ بْنُ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَدِمْتُ الطَّائِفَ فَدَخَلْتُ عَلَى عَنْبَسَةَ بْنِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ وَهُوَ بِالْمَوْتِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَرَأَيْتُ مِنْهُ جَزَعًا،‏‏‏‏ فَقُلْتُ:‏‏‏‏ إِنَّكَ عَلَى خَيْرٍ،‏‏‏‏ فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَخْبَرَتْنِي أُخْتِي أُمُّ حَبِيبَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ صَلَّى ثِنْتَيْ عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً بِالنَّهَارِ أَوْ بِاللَّيْلِ بَنَى اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَهُ بَيْتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ ،‏‏‏‏ خَالَفَهُمْ أَبُو يُونُسَ الْقُشَيْرِيُّ.

Urdu Translation

یعلیٰ بن امیہ کہتے ہیں کہ   میں طائف آیا، تو عنبسہ بن ابی سفیان کے پاس گیا، اور وہ مرنے کے قریب تھے، میں نے انہیں دیکھا کہ وہ گھبرائے ہوئے ہیں، میں نے کہا: آپ تو اچھے آدمی ہیں، اس پر انہوں نے کہا مجھے میری بہن ام حبیبہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے بتایا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا:  جس نے دن یا رات میں بارہ رکعتیں پڑھیں، تو اللہ تعالیٰ اس کے لیے جنت میں گھر بنائے گا ۔ ابویونس قشیری نے ان لوگوں کی جنہوں نے اسے عطا سے روایت کی ہے مخالفت کی ہے،  ( ان کی روایت آگے آ رہی ہے ) ۔

English Translation

It was narrated that Ya'la bin Umayyah said: I came to At-Ta'if and entered upon Anbasah bin Abi Sufyan when he was dying. I saw that he was afraid so I said: 'You will be fine.' He said: 'My sister Umm Habibah told me that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Whoever prays twelve rak'ahs by day or by night, Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, will build for him a house in Paradise.'
