أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قال:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قال:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يُوسُفَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قال:‏‏‏‏ دَخَلْتُ عَلَى أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ فَحَدَّثَتْنِي، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُصْبِحُ جُنُبًا مِنْ غَيْرِ احْتِلَامٍ ثُمَّ يَصُومُ . وَحَدَّثَنَا مَعَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّهَا حَدَّثَتْهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّهَا قَرَّبَتْ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ جَنْبًا مَشْوِيًّا فَأَكَلَ مِنْهُ ثُمَّ قَامَ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ .

Urdu Translation

سلیمان بن یسار کہتے ہیں کہ   میں ام المؤمنین ام سلمہ رضی اللہ عنہا کے پاس گیا، تو انہوں نے مجھ سے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم احتلام سے نہیں  ( بلکہ جماع سے )  صبح کرتے، پھر روزہ رکھتے،  ( محمد بن یوسف کہتے ہیں: )  اور ہم سے سلیمان بن یسار نے اس حدیث کے ساتھ  ( یہ بھی )  بیان کیا کہ ام سلمہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے ان سے بیان کیا کہ انہوں نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں بھنا ہوا پہلو  ( گوشت کا ٹکڑا )  پیش کیا، تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس میں سے کھایا، پھر نماز کے لیے کھڑے ہوئے اور وضو نہیں کیا۔

English Translation

It was narrated that Sulaiman bin Yasar said: I entered upon Umm Salamah and she told me that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to wake up in a state of Janabah without having had a wet dream, then he would fast. And she told him that she brought the Prophet (ﷺ) some grilled ribs and he ate from that, then he got up and prayed, and did not perform Wudu'.
