أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ السَّرْحِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرٌو، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنِي بُكَيْرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ نَافِعٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ حَفْصِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَنَسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ مَنِ احْتَسَبَ ثَلَاثَةً مِنْ صُلْبِهِ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ ،‏‏‏‏ فَقَامَتِ امْرَأَةٌ،‏‏‏‏ فَقَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ أَوِ اثْنَانِ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَوِ اثْنَانِ ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ:‏‏‏‏ يَا لَيْتَنِي قُلْتُ وَاحِدًا.

Urdu Translation

انس رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جس شخص کی تین صلبی اولاد مر جائیں ( اور ) وہ اللہ تعالیٰ سے اس کا اجر و ثواب چاہے، تو وہ جنت میں داخل ہو گا ( اتنے میں ) ایک عورت کھڑی ہوئی اور بولی: اور دو اولاد مرنے پر؟ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: دو اولاد کے مرنے پر بھی ، اس عورت نے کہا: کاش! میں ایک ہی کہتی ۱؎۔

English Translation

It was narrated from Anas that the Messenger of Allah said: Whoever seeks reward for (the loss of) three of his own children, he will enter Paradise. A woman stood up and said: Or two? He said: Or two. The woman said: I wish that I had said, 'or one. '
