أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ هِشَامٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَصُومُ شَعْبَانَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا .

Urdu Translation

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی الله عنہ کہتی ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم پورے شعبان روزہ رکھتے تھے سوائے چند دنوں کے۔

English Translation

It was narrated that 'Aishah said: The Messenger of Allah used to fast (all of) Shaban except a little.
