أَخْبَرَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ هُوَ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَنْبَأَنَا دَاوُدُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ جَرِيرٌ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ إِذَا أَتَاكُمُ الْمُصَّدِّقُ فَلْيَصْدُرْ وَهُوَ عَنْكُمْ رَاضٍ .

Urdu Translation

جریر رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جب صدقہ وصول کرنے والا تمہارے پاس آئے تو وہ اس حال میں لوٹے کہ وہ تم سے راضی ہو“۔

English Translation

It was narrated that Ash-Shabbi said: Jarir said: 'The Messenger of Allah said: When the Zakah collector comes to you, let him leave happy with you. '
