أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ. ح وأَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سَعِيدٍ،‏‏‏‏ وأَبِي سَلَمَةَ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ الْعَجْمَاءُ جُرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ .

Urdu Translation

ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جانور کا زخمی کرنا رائیگاں ہے، کنوئیں میں گر کر کوئی مر جائے تو وہ بھی رائیگاں ہے، کان میں کوئی دب کر مر جائے تو وہ بھی رائیگاں ہے ۱؎ اور جاہلیت کے دفینے میں پانچواں حصہ ہے“ ۲؎۔

English Translation

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet said: The injuries caused by the beast are without liability, [2] and wells are without liability, and mines are without liability, and the Khumus is due on Rikaz.
