أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرٌ، وَيَزِيدُ قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَ عَتَّابَ بْنَ أَسِيدٍ أَنْ يَخْرُصَ الْعِنَبَ، فَتُؤَدَّى زَكَاتُهُ زَبِيبًا كَمَا تُؤَدَّى زَكَاةُ النَّخْلِ تَمْرًا .
تابعی سعید بن مسیب سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے عتاب بن اسید کو ( درخت پر لگے ) انگور کا تخمینہ لگانے کا حکم دیا تاکہ اس کی زکاۃ کشمش سے ادا کی جا سکے، جیسے درخت پر لگی کھجوروں کی زکاۃ پکی کھجور سے ادا کی جاتی ہے ۱؎۔
It was narrated from Sa'eed bin Al-Musayyab: That the Messenger of Allah told 'Attab bin Usaid to estimate the (harvest of) grapes, and to pay Zakah in raisins, just as the Zakah on date palms is given in died dates.
