أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا بِشْرٍ يُحَدِّثُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ،‏‏‏‏ أَنَّ رَجُلًا وَقَعَ عَنْ رَاحِلَتِهِ فَأَقْعَصَتْهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ اغْسِلُوهُ بِمَاءٍ وَسِدْرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَيُكَفَّنُ فِي ثَوْبَيْنِ خَارِجًا رَأْسُهُ وَوَجْهُهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَإِنَّهُ يُبْعَثُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مُلَبِّيًا .

Urdu Translation

عبداللہ بن عباس رضی الله عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ   ایک شخص اپنی سواری سے گر پڑا تو سواری نے اسے کچل کر ہلاک کر دیا۔ تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”اسے پانی اور بیر کے پتوں سے غسل دو، اور اسے دو کپڑوں میں کفنایا جائے، اور اس کا سر اور چہرہ کھلا رکھا جائے کیونکہ وہ قیامت کے دن لبیک کہتا ہوا اٹھایا جائے گا“۔

English Translation

It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that: a man fell from his mount and it trampled him. The Messenger of Allah said: Wash him with water and lotus leaves, and he should be shrouded in two clothes, leaving his head and face bare, for he will be raised on the Day of Resurrection reciting the Talbiyah. (sahih)
