أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ كَثِيرِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الْوَلِيدِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مَالِكٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمَّا انْتَهَى إِلَى مَقَامِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَرَأَ:‏‏‏‏ وَاتَّخِذُوا مِنْ مَقَامِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مُصَلًّى سورة البقرة آية 125،‏‏‏‏ فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَرَأَ:‏‏‏‏ فَاتِحَةَ الْكِتَابِ،‏‏‏‏ وَقُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ،‏‏‏‏ وَقُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ،‏‏‏‏ ثُمَّ عَادَ إِلَى الرُّكْنِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَاسْتَلَمَهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ثُمَّ خَرَجَ إِلَى الصَّفَا .

Urdu Translation

جابر بن عبداللہ رضی الله عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جب مقام ابراہیم پر پہنچے تو آپ نے آیت کریمہ: «واتخذوا من مقام إبراهيم مصلى» پڑھی، پھر دو رکعت نماز پڑھی، تو اس میں آپ نے سورۃ فاتحہ اور «قل يا أيها الكافرون»،‏‏‏‏ اور «قل هو اللہ أحد» پڑھی پھر آپ حجر اسود کے پاس آئے، اور آپ نے اس کا استلام کیا، پھر آپ صفا کی طرف نکلے۔

English Translation

It was narrated from Jabir bin Abdullah that when the Messenger of Allah came to Maqam Ibrahim he recited: And take you the Maqam (place) of Ihrahim as a place of prayer. Then he prayed two Rakahs reciting the Opening of the Book (Al-Fatihah) said: Say: O you disbelievers and Say: He is Allah, (the) One. Then he went back to the Corner and touched it, then he went out to As-Safa.
