Baab Hajj Ke Ehkaam O Manasik

أَخْبَرَنِي عِمْرَانُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَنْبَأَنَا شُعَيْبٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ طَافَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ بِالْبَيْتِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَبَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ لِيَرَاهُ النَّاسُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلِيُشْرِفَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلِيَسْأَلُوهُ إِنَّ النَّاسَ غَشُوهُ .

Urdu Translation

جابر بن عبداللہ رضی الله عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے حجۃ الوداع میں اپنی سواری پر بیت اللہ کا طواف کیا اور صفا و مروہ کے درمیان سعی کی، ( اور ایسا اس لیے کیا ) تاکہ لوگ آپ کو دیکھ سکیں اور آپ لوگوں سے اونچائی پر رہیں اور تاکہ لوگ مسئلے مسائل پوچھ سکیں کیونکہ لوگوں نے آپ کو ڈھانپ لیا تھا۔

English Translation

Abu Az-Zubair narrated that he heard Jabir bin Abdullah say: During the Farewell Pilgrimage the Prophet circumambulated the House and went between As-Safa and Al-Marwah on his mount so that the people could see him and he could see them, and they could ask him questions, and the people crowded around him.
