Baab Talaq Ke Ehkam O Masail

أَخْبَرَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ عِيسَى مَرْوَزِيٌّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا حَنْظَلَةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سَالِمٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَأَمَرَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرَاجَعَهَا .

Urdu Translation

عبداللہ بن عمر رضی الله عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ انہوں نے اپنی بیوی کو طلاق دی اور بیوی اس وقت حیض سے تھی تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انہیں رجوع کر لینے کا حکم دیا چنانچہ انہوں نے اسے لوٹا لیا۔

English Translation

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that he divorced his wife when she was menstruating, and the Messenger of Allah told him to take her back.
