أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جَابِرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ إِنْ يَكُ فِي شَيْءٍ فَفِي الرَّبْعَةِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْمَرْأَةِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْفَرَسِ .

Urdu Translation

جابر رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”اگر نحوست کسی چیز میں ہو سکتی ہے تو گھر، عورت اور گھوڑے میں ہو سکتی ہے“ ۱؎۔

English Translation

It was narrated from Jabir that the Messenger of Allah said: If there are (omens) in anything, they are in houses, women and horses.
