Sunan An Nasai 3936 - The Book Of Mazara'h

Baab Mazar'At-Bitai Pe Zameen Dene Ke Ehkaam O Masail

أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ خَلِيٍّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ بَلَغَنَا أَنَّ رَافِعَ بْنَ خَدِيجٍكَانَ يُحَدِّثُ،‏‏‏‏ أَنَّ عَمَّيْهِ،‏‏‏‏ وَكَانَا يَزْعُمُ شَهِدَا بَدْرًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ نَهَى عَنْ كِرَاءِ الْأَرْضِ . رَوَاهُ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ شُعَيْبٍ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ عَمَّيْهِ.

Urdu Translation

زہری کہتے ہیں کہ   ہمیں یہ بات پہنچی ہے کہ رافع بن خدیج رضی اللہ عنہ اپنے دو چچاؤں سے جو ان کے خیال میں غزوہ بدر میں شریک تھے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے زمین کرائے پر اٹھانے سے منع فرمایا۔ اسے عثمان بن سعید نے بھی شعیب سے روایت کیا ہے اور اس میں ان کے دونوں چچاؤں کا ذکر نہیں کیا ہے۔

English Translation

It was narrated that Az-Zuhri said: We heard that Rafi bin Khadij used to narrate that his paternal uncles -whom he said had been present at Badr- (said) that the Messenger of Allah forbade leasing land.
